Strength in Numbers
There is strength in numbers. I Think in order for mainstream women to get the birthing support they need, they need to be educated about their options before locking into seeing a “traditional” OB/GYN.
The needs of women to birth the way they want are not being met.
So how do we do this?
We band together to form a unified front. More mainstream women need to know the successes of home birth (which is on the rise). Women need to understand, although medication have their place, it should not be offered as the first line of labor pain management.
So, there is strength in numbers…. the more mainstream women learn what’s available to them for birthing their babies the better.
That’s my mission.
